RESERVATIONS

Reservation is confirmed after receipt of an advance payment of 30% of the total amount.

CANCELLING CONDITIONS

up to 4 weeks in advance: reimbursement of advance

up to 2 weeks in advance: reimbursement of 50 % of deposit

less than 2 weeks in advance: no reimbursement

 

HOUSE RULES

Breakfast : from 7 am to 9.30 am
check in: between 4pm and 6pm or by appointment (no check in on Sunday)
check out: before 10.30 am

no pets
