Our living environment (nature, climate, biodiversity…) requires our attention and care in order to pass on a healthy and beautiful world to our children and grandchildren, and to the many people who will live here after us.
How do we do that?
By being careful with our scarce/finite raw materials;
By producing nothing that cannot be reused in one way or another (recycling) or that can be broken down into its natural building blocks (bio-degradable);
By seeing the water we drink, the soil that nourishes us, the air we breathe and overall biodiversity as our primary wealth that we must constantly keep in mind, preserve and protect in everything we do ;
By cutting back on our energy needs and maximizing our energy from natural, renewable sources, such as wind and water;
Socially, by developing and strengthening our relationship with neighbors and the environment, with local suppliers, with customers and guests;
Green Key subscribes to this larger whole.
By supporting and promoting its values, we contribute to the development of a sustainable tourism sector that aims to protect our heritage and living environment.

You should visit the nature preserve the Bourgoyen (entrance at the end of our street). With its 220 ha of pure natural grounds and its flooded grasslands it is one of the parks that give a habitat tot a tremendous variety of birds.
The park has free entrance, you can walk from 2 to 6 km and guided tours are also possible.
